We provide market insight and recommendations, delivered with imagination and decisiveness. Our clients want to know not just what the consumer says today, but also what their brands should do tomorrow. We eschew sham research-process objectivity, and are transparent in the way we use multiple perspectives, from synthesis to judgement. We say what we believe needs to happen, based not just on research findings but in the light of the business context.
The operation is virtual, without corporate orthodoxies. Where appropriate, projects are conducted in person by David Hopper (as in most cases with UK-specific markets), with other network associates introduced as needed (such as on international projects) - not out of expediency and delegation, but where they genuinely add value.
We have excellent contacts with brand experts in most overseas markets: like-minded individuals, but established in their local commercial cultures and specialisms.
